This is a head turning Type LT 1978 Camaro with a custom paint job starting with a dark midnight purple at the front and fades to a light blue. Original crager rims, engine, transmission, vynil top, seats (front seats reupholstered 6 years ago).
The entire right side (front fender, door, quarter panel, and rear quarter) was replaced prior to the last paint job due to some minor body and rust damage. Special care was taken prior to painting, to ensure that all visible signs of rust were POR-15ed, or cut out and replaced with new metal. Also, the old fiberglass nose was replaced with a new one (not used), prior to the last paint job.
The air compressor ceased up several years ago and I haven't had it fixed (no A/C). I had a new radiator installed years back. Heater still works like a champ in the cold winters. Interior is clean and in very good shape, the carpet was newly installed about 2-3 years ago. Also, new leaf springs were added several years back.
Over the years that I have owned this car, no serious issues of any sort have manifested themselves. This car has been garaged and protected for most of its life. I obtained this car in High School (1998), and would love to see it in someone else's hands, as I rarely drive it.
